IT MIGHT BE CANCER

Not feeling so great today. I did not eat any thing until about 2:00 pm. It's about 5:30 pm now, and my eyes are tried, and my breath is short. I put some eucalyptus oil in the air; now that's much better.
I have a throat infection. I've had it for over a year. Some things it swells, some times it feels like a lump. It will some times feel like a stabbing sensation , that sends me into a panic, because it effects my heart, and it zaps me of my energy.
You might say; call 911, or go to the hospital and get checked out. I've done that to many times, and got very little or no help at all. I have to find a another way. I am a singer, and I wont to keep my voice. I have met two individuals , one male , one female. They had throat surgery, and the surgery did not go well. There has to be another way.

This week I've been on a raw food diet. Fruit in the morning, and vegetables in the evening.
Before I go to bed, I take some colon cleanser. (pills)
With the right tools, you can fix just about any thing.
It's time to brush my teeth , and gargle with some salt water and lemon oil.
If you keep the body clean, you'll be surprise what your body can heal.

In the Beginning.

I have lived on the south side of Chicago, from the beginning. My birth took place at Provident Hospital; June 14 1950. My father was named, Clarence Winbush; mother name is Velva. and my big brother Clarence Jr.
We lived in the projects, some were around 36Th and state street. This is when I can remember my first major Whop-ass. My brother and I was out side playing , and we can upon some paint cans. So we stsrt painting, the ground, the bushes, and you know we got the paint on are clothes , that are mother bought us. so that beating was a rememerable one. I didn't like my mother when she became anger, she could hit pretty hard: all of five ft. or so. My father did not hit us that hard. I can only remember being hit once by him. At that age , my father looked so tall, and strong to me. I remember that he smoked cigarettes, drink allot of beer. Would come home from work , and take off his shoes , and his feet would smell so bad. The smell would make you jump backward.
Daddy Clarence left the family , maybe around the age of five. My Father and Mother were fighting: it was a very scary time.

He left and never can back. Holiday's were never the same, birth day's either. I think that's why I don't look forward to birthdays , and holidays in general.

NATURAL CURES

Nature cures are what am interested in; thing that are free of side effects. Things that help , and not harm you.
Their was a winter, I don't remember which one , but I was very sick. I was very weak, and short of breath. My lungs hurt, and my heart didn't beat to well either.
I was introduced to a health practitioner, who upon listening to my condition, took out a diffuser and added some eucalyptus oil to it, which added the oil into the room. I could breath much better. The same thing can be done if you have a humidifier and oils too.
Some times we feed are illness, by eating the wrong things, I discovered that when I was cooking my meals, I was using the wrong spices. This box of spices con tined yeast, and the yeast was feeding my illness. It was slowly killing me.

Germ War-Fare, The Flu

The flu shot, I ever take them, and don't intend to. It just doesn't make good sense to me.
Flu; short for influenza, a respiratory or intestinal infection caused by a virus.
Virus; any of a group of very small infective agents that cause various diseases, as measles, influence.
Every year the death-rate of flu related deaths increases. Drugs do not destroy virus; they make them change and adapt, and becomes stronger than before. This gives the legalized Drug Dealer another chance to go back to the never ending drawing broad of drug making, money making Pushers; to create some thing new every year.
The H1N1 has been around for years, I know because I had it, and I probably have it wright now. The regular flu doesn't do me this bad. I'm feeling better today. Drinking tea's and taking Herbal body colon cleanse; seems to be working. My headache is gone, and I'm hunger. It's time to eat some thing, (vegetarian of course). Sept.21,2009 - The Circles of Life.

The Circles of Life. That's how we travel in time and space; in circles. Religions are circles too, and can be as different as night a day. Space and time , location, and cultural difference's.
As a child, a Bible was placed in my hands, and I was told to read it, and believe in it; believe in the Truth. The Truth will allow your circle of life to grow.
All religions have a birth place in time and space. Who is the Elder?
I was reading in the Bible; in Mark 14Th chapter 1-9 . When reading the Bible I like to use my dictionaries, to make sure I'm understanding what I'm reading. All things are not clear cut and lay ed out for you to know the goings on of the past. There was no camera's, lights, or action; back them. So we draw on what is left for to read and comprehend.
Mark 14 - 3 And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, - [ Bathany = date-house; a place in Palestine. {a house of prostitutes}; - with Simon the leper: (Simon; Hebrew named, - Leper= scaliness, in the Old Testament ; Nu 12:10 (white as snow).he was there for a meal, and ( there came a woman having an alabaster box [alabaster- the name of a stone, a perfume vase.] of ointment of spikenard very precious; [ spikenard= two words that make one; [spike]-friendship [nard]-trustworthy, i.e. genuine. American Christians have made a religion out of the name of (Jesus Christ). What language did they speak back in the day of his birth. I don't think it was English, do you? So if you were transported back in time, and called him Jesus; would he answer you? I don't think so!
Drugs, cigarette's, foods made with sugar, are things that give you a false since of well-being.

A Head Case (ME)

I've been having headaches, lose of sleep, and confused thinking . I think my cellphone is starting to fry my brain. I need to buy another blue-tooth, and keep that phone from my head. I didn't work today, only because the co. did not call me. I'm still waiting for things to pick up in September.

I forgot my computer pass word yesterday. I changed one feature on my computer and it locked up on me. I panicked. I tried every password that I've ever made a note of and it just would not work.
I called my big brother Clarence, and went to his house, to let him take a look at it. He want through the process of rebooting my computer so I could re-enter my pass word, and I did re-entered a new pass word ; turned the computer off and restarted it. Then I remembered. I felt so small. I just could not believe that I forgot it. The pass word I all ways use to start my computer. Something is very wrong with me.

I fixed and just got trough eating diner. I feel better; that is my head feels better.
We all are born to die. How do you like that one? It's what you do in between that time that makes it meaningful. What is our purpose here on this planet? To love, to hate, to build, to destroy! I'm 59 yrs. old and wanting so much to do it all over again. To get it right. I was so afraid of life. Afraid of girls, afraid of women, afraid of love. When I was about five years of age, I used too dream at night of these two little girls. One had light skin and the other was dark, and I loved them with a passion. Not one more than the other, but the same. I don't think I've changed. I'm at the age when women look so good to me. I think that's what happens when their not around. Its been about 15 years now sense I've been with a women, lived with a women, kissed a women. I've turned into a Monk. My lady passed away, suddenly, and I was devastated. She was high spirited; very jealous, I mean ridiculously jealous for know reason. I could not have other female friend. Leave out of the house and came back in without answering 20 questions. It was madding. I all most lost it, ( my mind ) . We lasted about two or three years, before it happened. (the passing) but I loved her. She was a little older than me, but when we met for the first time and looked into each others eyes we knew their was something there. And she was pregnant at that time, so nothing happened at that time. It took at lest 17 yrs. before we got together. And it took a break up, of a ten year relationship for it to happen. The ten year relationship started ugly and ended ugly. She gave up the flesh to someone else. That I could not tolerate that. So I broke it off. She wanted to say together. My problem with living with her is that I was not creative enough to keep her happy, to keep her from straying. If your other half wants to go out and party; you better go and party with them. Even if you can't dance. Miss ten yrs. was about five years younger then myself. A great lover was she. The Cancers of life took her away. Physical and spiritual cancers took her. It's 4:20 pm and I took a little nap. I didn't sleep all that well last night. In the morn, I went to the 'Swap-O-Rama" and bought some fruits and veggie's, with the money
I got from "Bah-bah" Daniel.
I think I'd better go down to the basement, and see what I can find to sell at the market tomorrow. I dug up a few thing's from the basement, and got some dust in my
throat.I'm having problems with my throat this year. Ever year I seem to have a health related problem. This year there's a swelling that doesn't want to go away.
If it gets irritated , it will make me choke. It hurts real bad. Like emergency bad! I don't like Hospitals. So I use a little apple cider vinegar and that helps calm it.
I'm going to have it checked soon. I am a singer, song writer, guitar playing brother. I need my voice back. Lalah Hathaway will be in town tomorrow. I would like to see
her sing. Her father 'Donny" was my idol. I'm smiling right now! I'm cooking some food right now, I will be back.

My first blog, 8/21/09

It looks like no work today. I make deliveries in my car and van. I did work monday, tuesday and wednesday. Working one week out of three month, has left me in a deep hole of debt. The young man who hooked me in to this co. didn't tell me that the work was seasonal and when summer comes around the work slows down. so here I am ; out of luck, and waiting for something to happen. Not a good thing to do. Not a good place to be in. Brother can you spare a dime?
